Accommodation

Visnes Hotel stays open for accommodation five months a year, from mid-April to mid-October. We have 19 rooms, all individually decorated in nostalgic style. The rooms are equipped with hairdryers and toiletries, and all beds are new.

We want to preserve the historic style and therefor the rooms have no TV. You will find a TV in the library on the first floor of the hotel, where you can relax in the evenings. We offer free Wi-Fi for all our guests.

We also offer a service room to our guests. Here you can dry your clothes and shoes after the hiking, do service on the bike or skies, or do the laundry in the washing machine.

Flexible breakfast

Breakfast is served in the restaurant. Many of our guests want to wake up early to enjoy the day. We are flexible about what time breakfast will be served, so you can make an appointment for this. You can also ask for a lunch package to bring on your trip. During your stay, we offer free tea or coffee, which you can enjoy in the library or outside at the porch.

4 double rooms with bathroom, balcony overlooking the fjord.
5 double rooms with bathroom, 4 with garden view and 1 overlooking the fjord.
2 single rooms with bathroom.
2 family rooms with bathrooms. Both consist of two rooms with a total of four or three beds, connected by a door. Balcony connected.
1 suite with a separate small living room (extra bed can be provided) and a large bathroom. Two balconies belong to the suite, both overlooking the fjord.
4 big family rooms at the barn, in the attic. All with private bathrooms. Patio outside below.
One small cabin next to the hotel with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and bathroom. Nice accommodation for a family.
